At Thermal Window Curtains, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with clear and straightforward return and exchange options.

If you wish to return a product that is not damaged or defective, please note the following conditions:

• Restocking Fee: A 17% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of non-damaged items. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return, as we work directly with the manufacturer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item.

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will happily replace or refund the product at no additional cost to you:

• Exchange or Return for Free: For damaged or defective items, you can choose to either exchange the item or return it for a full refund, including shipping costs.
• Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged product, and provide clear photos showing the defect or damage.
• Once the damage is confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged item.
